Shipping & Delivery
UK Mainland Standard Delivery – £4.50
- £4.50 standard delivery on all orders under £75. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery following receipt of despatch notification.
- FREE standard delivery on orders over £75.
- Standard delivery in the UK is provided by Tracked 24 Royal Mail.
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery – £8.00
- Usually delivered on the next working day to UK mainland (Mon-Sat)
- Orders must be placed before 2pm
- Next day delivery for UK mainland is provided by DPD
- Next day delivery is subject to change on UK Bank Holidays as our couriers do not consider bank holidays as working days.
We ship UK Nationwide. Please email us at leftfield@leftfieldliving.com if you would like to purchase outside of the UK mainland and we will advise posting.
Refunds & Returns
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Email us at leftfield@leftfieldliving.com and we will resolve it and email you a pre-paid returns label.
Please include your order number in your email and if the return is for items that have been damaged in transit then attach photographic evidence.
If you decide that you do not want an item you have ordered, then you can return the item to us. The return, however, will be at the expense of the purchaser. Please also note, a refund or exchange is available for unopened and unused goods only.
Items must be returned to us unopened and in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date of the order. Please ensure that the order number is clearly noted on the return.
The items remain the property of the purchaser until they arrive to us in their re-saleable condition. We are unable to replace or refund items that have returned damaged in transit. We will endeavour to replace exchanged items as requested, if not, we will offer a refund.
Please follow our simple step by step guide below.
STEP 1
Please email us at at leftfield@leftfieldliving.com. Include your order number in the email which can be found on your order confirmation email.
STEP 2
If an item arrived damaged, please email photos of your damaged item/package.
STEP 3
Upon request, post your item back to us with the address provided by our advisor. Unfortunately, we can only cover shipping costs if there is a problem with your order. Should this be the case our advisor will email a pre-paid returns label to your address.
STEP 4
Your refund will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the package.
How long does it take to get a refund?
We aim to refund all returns 14 working days after we have received the item.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer care we will do our upmost to resolve your query with minimal inconvenience.
Why do I need to provide a photographic evidence?
Unfortunately not every return claim made is legitimate and we need to ensure evidence is provided by customers. This allows us to provide our customers with the best service possible.
