Herbal Tea Blend

A sleep inducing blend of Passion Flower, Lime Flower, Skullcap, Chamomile, Rose & Lemon Balm.

^{Ingredients: Passion Flower (Passiflora eduli), Lime Flower (Tilia spp.), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Rose (Rosa damascena), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)}

As a general guide for most herbs, use one to two teaspoons of dried herb or mixture of herbs to a cupful of water. Place the herb in a cup, pour on boiling water and leave to steep for ten minutes before straining.

Roots, barks and seeds may need to be decocted (simmer gently for 20-30 minutes).
