Muscle and Joint Relief: Combining the properties of Rhus toxicodendron and Ruta graveolens the cream is widely used to relieve stiffness and discomfort in muscles and joints.
Tendon and Ligament Support: Ruta is traditionally utilised for injuries specifically affecting tendons and ligaments.
Repetitive Strain (RSI): It is highly regarded as a supportive for overuse injuries such as tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome or general muscle fatigue from over-exercising.
