St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) 50g

St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Wild harvested, Organic, Origin: Albania

As a general guide for most herbs, use one to two teaspoons of dried herb or mixture of herbs to a cupful of water. Place the herb in a cup, pour on boiling water and leave to steep for ten minutes before straining.

Roots, barks and seeds may need to be decocted (simmer gently for 20-30 minutes).
